This policy explains the information involved when you browse Psychics-Predictions.com or contact us, including our use of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Akismet.

Information you choose to share

If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the contact information and message you provide. We use that information to handle your inquiry, investigate a reported issue or follow up on a correction.

Send only the details needed for your website question. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, identity documents, medical records or another person’s private messages.

If you submit a comment or review through an available public form, the submitted text and display name may appear publicly if published. Avoid including personal contact information in the public text.

Google Analytics 4

GA4 is our only confirmed analytics service. We use it to understand website activity, such as which pages people visit and how they interact with the site.

Google explains that Analytics can collect cookie identifiers, device and browser information, and website activity. GA4 uses IP addresses during collection, including to determine approximate location, but does not log or store those IP addresses. This does not mean every part of a website or its service providers is unable to process an IP address.

Akismet spam protection

Akismet is active to help identify spam. Submissions routed through Akismet are processed by Automattic. Depending on the form and its configuration, the information can include the submission text, name and email address provided, IP address, browser user agent, referring page and website URL.

Cookies and information processed by services

GA4 can use first-party cookies or identifiers for measurement. Your browser settings can let you block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect website features and does not necessarily prevent every type of data processing.

Google and Automattic process information for their respective services. Their processing may involve locations outside your state or country. The linked provider notices explain their practices. This policy does not imply that information is shared with every service offered by either company.

Your choices and privacy requests

• Share less: leave unnecessary personal information out of messages and public submissions.
• Manage cookies through your browser settings and any privacy controls displayed on the website.
• Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. It concerns Analytics measurement, not contact messages or Akismet processing.
• Email us to ask about personal information you have submitted or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Describe the request and provide enough information to locate the relevant message or submission. Do not send identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been discussed. Available rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to your circumstances.

Retention and security

Retention can differ between correspondence, public submissions, backups and service-provider records. Contact us about a specific record if you need its retention or deletion status. This notice does not set an unverified universal deletion deadline.

No website, email channel or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information through a routine website inquiry.

Links to other websites

Articles and reader listings may link to external providers. If you follow a link, their privacy notices and terms govern information you provide to them. Contact that provider about a purchased reading, account, payment or refund.

Children’s information

Our psychic-service content is intended for adults. Do not submit a child’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, contact us so we can investigate the submission and appropriate next steps.

Updates to this policy

We may revise this notice when website features or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Reading this notice is not a substitute for any consent required for particular processing.
